There’s a few key pieces in preparing your home to go to market -

1) competitive market analysis (CMA) on the comparable homes that have sold around you. We run the CMA to figure out the correct price to market your home. Well priced homes often see multiple offers and sell above list price. Homes priced at the top of market often see their cumulative days on market (CDOM) rack up and often have to reduce the price, negotiate down and sell for less than what they could have sold for if priced correctly.

2) Home Staging. Unless you really know what you're doing, it's important to get advice from a professional stager or knowledgeable Real Estate professional for decluttering and design tips prior to listing your home.

3) Cleaning - It’s important to have someone in to do a light cleaning of your home before it’s time for photography. If you need assistance with this reach out to your Springs Realty agent.

4) Photos & Video - We will have a professional photographer come out to take pictures of your listing, and in most cases, also have a drone photos taken of the property as well.
